Glide Pizza is looking for an Operations Manager to grow with the business. We are expanding, with two busy locations in metro Atlanta,  another coming in the Spring of 2023 , and additional growth beyond then.  

We are looking for an experienced cook/chef (Pizza experience is a plus) who is a stickler for quality control and running a clean, well-organized, and smooth operation. Employee relations and training are very important aspects of this position. Our goal is to inspire others with the love of pizza and have a great time doing it. The vibe of each shop is to work hard and fast, under a tight operation structure that leaves little room for stress. Our staff is collaborative, creative, and solutions-oriented and its important we foster this ethos as we expand. 


We are a simple operation that takes making pizza very seriously. 


Glide Pizza's Operations Manager Role will include: 

- Traveling between locations throughout Atlanta (sometimes several locations a day)

- Food and Dry Goods ordering for each location (office time will be scheduled)

- Hiring and training of new staff (location managers and owners will support your training) 

- Position must be Serve Safe Certified and keep a close eye on all locations cleaning procedures

- Position will be trained on food preparation and service (all positions)  

- Position will have active scheduled positions throughout the week in locations most needed by higher management.

~ Experienced in a kitchen (pizza-making a plus, but not a requirement)

~ Able to work every position to fill in as needed.
